a. Client-Initiated Cancellations: Clients may request to cancel a project or service by providing written notice to the Agency. The cancellation request must be
submitted at least 7 days before the scheduled start date of the project or service.
b. Agency-Initiated Cancellations: The Agency reserves the right to cancel a project or service due to unforeseen circumstances, non-payment of fees, or breach of contract by the client. The Agency will provide written notice of cancellation and may refund any prepaid fees at its discretion.
a. Refund Eligibility: Refunds may be issued at the sole discretion of the Agency and are subject to the terms outlined in this policy.
b. Non-Performance: If the Agency fails to deliver the agreed-upon services due to reasons within its control, clients may be eligible for a full or
partial refund of fees.
c. Client Initiated Refunds: Clients may request a refund if they are dissatisfied with the services provided by the Agency. Refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
d. Refund Process: The agency will review refund requests promptly. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 1 month of the refund approval date.
a. Change of Mind: Refunds will not be issued if the client changes his or her mind or circumstances after the project or service has commenced.
b. Third-Party Costs: The Agency may incur costs from third-party vendors or suppliers regarding the project or service. These costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from any eligible refund amount.
a. Notification: The Agency will notify clients of any cancellations or refund in writing. Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact
information to ensure timely communication.
a. Amendments: The agency may amend or modify this cancellations and refund policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes to this policy.
This Cancellations and Refund Policy constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
